About Our Practice
Our general practice in Nidda-Eichelsdorf was established in 1949 and is now run by the third generation. We treat patients of all ages, from toddlers to the very elderly.

Anke Bechtold-Zinner, senior MFA, practice manager
Dr. Anke-Susann Sprengel is a specialist in general medicine (certified by the Hessian Medical Association in April 2024) and a specialist in cardiac surgery (certified by the Hessian Medical Association in June 2016). She holds additional qualifications in basic psychosomatic care and has extensive knowledge of emergency medicine. Providing holistic care to her patients is her primary goal.
Mr. Wieland Sprengel is a general practitioner and took over the Sprengel practice from his father, Dr. Hans-Georg Sprengel, in 1979. He managed the practice until October 2024. Mr. Wieland Sprengel possesses extensive knowledge of aviation and travel medicine, as well as medical assessment.
He holds an additional qualification in psychosomatic primary care and continues to be highly committed to his patients. Through regular home visits, he particularly cares for geriatric patients.
Ms. Bechtold-Zinner has been working at the Sprengel practice since 1992.
She works as a senior MFA and practice manager of the practice and is committed to our patients
